1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the PlusPetanque Platform website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on PlusPetanque Platform's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• • Modify or copy the materials
• • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Open Beta and Pricing

PlusPetanque is currently in an open beta period. During the open beta, use of the platform — including creating and running tournaments — is free of charge for everyone.

When the open beta ends, playing in tournaments and registering for them will remain free for players. Creating and running tournaments will become a paid service for organizers, with pricing based on the number of registered participants in a tournament.

Free tournament allowances granted to accounts do not create any entitlement beyond the granted amount, and free access during the beta period does not create any entitlement to free services after the beta ends. We will announce the end of the open beta on the platform in advance. Current pricing is published on our Pricing page.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for ensuring the security of your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.

Spēlētāji var izveidot savu kontu, kad ir sasnieguši digitālās piekrišanas vecumu, kas ir spēkā viņu dzīvesvietas valstī. Šis vecums ir no 13 līdz 18 gadiem atkarībā no valsts. Ja mēs nevaram noteikt valsti, ir spēkā 18 gadi. Jaunākiem par šo vecumu kontu pirms lietošanas jāapstiprina vecākam vai likumiskajam aizbildnim. Nevienam, kas jaunāks par 13 gadiem, nedrīkst būt sava pieteikšanās. Vecāks tā vietā var turēt bērna profilu zem sava konta.

Spēlētājs, kurš ir jaunāks par digitālās piekrišanas vecumu, reģistrējoties norāda vecāka vai aizbildņa e-pasta adresi. Mēs uz šo adresi nosūtām apstiprinājuma saiti. Aizbildnis apstiprina ar savu verificēto pieaugušā PlusPetanque kontu un apliecina, ka ir pieaugušais un bērna vecāks vai likumiskais aizbildnis. Kontu nevar lietot, kamēr apstiprinājums nav reģistrēts. Apstiprinājuma pieprasījuma derīgums beidzas pēc 7 dienām, un to var nosūtīt vēlreiz.

Aizbildnis izlemj, kas par bērnu ir publisks, apstiprina komandu ielūgumus, var nodot lomu citam aizbildnim, var atsaukt piekrišanu un var dzēst kontu. Ja piekrišana tiek atsaukta, bērns vairs nevar pieteikties, un konts tiek noņemts pēc 30 dienām, ja vien aizbildnis to neapstiprina no jauna. Aizbildnis tiek informēts par konta līmeņa notikumiem, piemēram, e-pasta adreses maiņu, apturēšanu vai dzēšanas pieprasījumu, bet ne par spēlēm vai turnīriem.

Kamēr aizbildņa saite ir aktīva, kontam ir spēkā šādi nosacījumi:

• Kontā netiek glabāts tālruņa numurs. Tā vietā tiek izmantota aizbildņa kontaktinformācija.
• Nekāda jaunumu vēstule, mārketinga e-pasti vai reklāmas profilēšana.
• Konts nevar organizēt turnīrus, darboties kā tiesnesis vai turēt API atslēgas, vietņu logrīkus vai tīmekļa āķus.
• Komandu ielūgumi vispirms nonāk pie aizbildņa, un bērns tos var pieņemt tikai pēc tam, kad aizbildnis tos ir apstiprinājis.
• Dzimšanas datums tiek bloķēts, kad piekrišana ir reģistrēta. Tikai mēs varam to labot pēc pieprasījuma, un katrs labojums tiek reģistrēts žurnālā.
• Bērns nevar dzēst kontu viens pats. Dzēšanas pieprasījumu apstiprina aizbildnis.

Dienā, kad bērns sasniedz digitālās piekrišanas vecumu, kas tobrīd ir spēkā viņa dzīvesvietas valstī, aizbildņa saite beidzas un konts kļūst pilnībā bērna paša. Privātuma iestatījumi paliek tieši tādi, kādus tos atstāja aizbildnis. Nekas pats no sevis nekļūst publisks.

Tev jānorāda sava īstā dzimšanas datums. Ja uzzinām, ka konta īpašnieks ir jaunāks par digitālās piekrišanas vecumu, mēs nekavējoties piemērojam aizsargājošos iestatījumus un 30 dienu laikā lūdzam aizbildņa apstiprinājumu. Pēc šī termiņa pieteikšanās tiek liegta, kamēr aizbildnis nav apstiprinājis. Konts bez apstiprinājuma pēc 120 dienām nonāk parastajā konta dzēšanas procesā. Esošās reģistrācijas turnīriem visu laiku paliek spēkā.

Aizbildnis var pievienot bērnu, kurš ir pārāk jauns kontam, kā profilu zem aizbildņa paša pieteikšanās. Šādam profilam nav e-pasta adreses un paroles. Aizbildnis reģistrē to turnīriem, pārvalda tā komandas un vēlāk var pārveidot to par bērna paša kontu, kas tad paliek zem aizbildņa saites līdz digitālās piekrišanas vecumam.

Persona, kas izveido organizācijas kontu, apliecina, ka ir pieaugušais un pilnvarota pārstāvēt organizāciju.

6. API Access, Website Widgets and Webhooks for Organizations

Organization accounts may connect their own websites and systems to the platform in three ways: read-only API keys, embeddable website widgets (tournament lists, matches, standings, results, brackets and a registration form shown inside a frame on the organization's site), and webhooks (notifications we send to a web address the organization provides when something happens in its tournaments). All three are limited to the tournaments the organization organizes, co-administers or runs through its club.

• Confidentiality. API keys are confidential credentials. You are responsible for every request made with your keys, including requests made by agencies, plugins or other services acting on your behalf. Keep keys on your server, never in public web pages, and revoke a key immediately if you believe it has been exposed.
• Permitted use. Data obtained through the API may be displayed only in connection with the tournament it belongs to and must respect the same visibility rules as the platform, including the anonymization of players who have requested it. Reselling the data, collecting it in bulk, or using it for purposes unrelated to the tournament is not permitted.
• Your responsibility as publisher. Where you display participant data on your own website, you are responsible for that display under applicable data protection law, including informing participants and honouring their requests.
• Website widgets. Widgets show the same information as the public tournament page and may only be embedded on the websites you list for them; the list of allowed websites is enforced by the visitor's browser. Where a widget lets visitors register a team, the registration is made with us, under these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and the visitor creates a PlusPetanque account in the process; you must not present the form as your own service or alter it. You are responsible for the pages that embed the widgets and for informing your visitors that content is provided by PlusPetanque.
• Webhooks. You are responsible for the endpoints you register: they must be under your control (or that of a provider acting for you), reachable over HTTPS, and must verify the signature we attach to every delivery. Webhook payloads contain tournament, team, registration and match information for your tournaments and must be handled under the same permitted-use and publisher-responsibility rules as API data. Deliveries are made on a best-effort basis with limited retries; we may disable endpoints that persistently fail and are not responsible for events not received by an unavailable endpoint.
• Limits and availability. Requests and deliveries are rate limited. We may throttle, suspend or revoke API keys, widgets and webhooks that violate these terms or endanger the platform, and we may change or discontinue these integrations with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for any content you post on our platform. You agree not to post content that is:

• • Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, or obscene
• • Infringing on intellectual property rights
• • Containing viruses or malicious code
• • Spam or unsolicited advertising
• • Discriminatory or hateful toward any individual or group

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Platform Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. We may suspend or terminate services temporarily for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
