1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the PlusPetanque Platform website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on PlusPetanque Platform's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• • Modify or copy the materials
• • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Open Beta and Pricing

PlusPetanque is currently in an open beta period. During the open beta, use of the platform — including creating and running tournaments — is free of charge for everyone.

When the open beta ends, playing in tournaments and registering for them will remain free for players. Creating and running tournaments will become a paid service for organizers, with pricing based on the number of registered participants in a tournament.

Free tournament allowances granted to accounts do not create any entitlement beyond the granted amount, and free access during the beta period does not create any entitlement to free services after the beta ends. We will announce the end of the open beta on the platform in advance. Current pricing is published on our Pricing page.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for ensuring the security of your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.

Digitaalisen suostumuksen ikärajaa nuorempi pelaaja antaa rekisteröitymisen yhteydessä vanhemman tai huoltajan sähköpostiosoitteen. Lähetämme siihen osoitteeseen hyväksymislinkin. Huoltaja hyväksyy oman vahvistetun aikuisen PlusPetanque-tilinsä kautta ja vahvistaa olevansa aikuinen sekä lapsen vanhempi tai huoltaja. Tiliä ei voi käyttää, ennen kuin hyväksyntä on kirjattu. Hyväksymispyyntö vanhenee 7 päivässä, ja sen voi lähettää uudelleen.

Huoltaja päättää, mikä lapsesta on julkista, hyväksyy joukkuekutsut, voi siirtää roolin toiselle huoltajalle, voi peruuttaa suostumuksen ja voi poistaa tilin. Jos suostumus peruutetaan, lapsi ei voi enää kirjautua sisään, ja tili poistetaan 30 päivän kuluttua, ellei huoltaja hyväksy sitä uudelleen. Huoltajalle ilmoitetaan tilin tason tapahtumista, kuten sähköpostiosoitteen vaihdosta, määräaikaisesta eston asettamisesta tai poistopyynnöstä, mutta ei otteluista eikä turnauksista.

Kun huoltajayhteys on voimassa, tiliin sovelletaan seuraavaa:

• Tilille ei tallenneta puhelinnumeroa. Sen sijaan käytetään huoltajan yhteystietoja.
• Ei uutiskirjettä, ei markkinointisähköposteja eikä mainosprofilointia.
• Tilillä ei voi järjestää turnauksia, toimia tuomarina eikä pitää hallussa API-avaimia, verkkosivuwidgettejä tai webhookeja.
• Joukkuekutsut menevät ensin huoltajalle, ja lapsi voi hyväksyä ne vasta, kun huoltaja on hyväksynyt ne.
• Syntymäaika lukitaan, kun suostumus on kirjattu. Vain me voimme korjata sen pyynnöstä, ja jokainen korjaus kirjataan lokiin.
• Lapsi ei voi poistaa tiliä yksin. Huoltaja vahvistaa poistopyynnön.

Sinä päivänä, kun lapsi saavuttaa asuinmaassaan kyseisenä hetkenä voimassa olevan digitaalisen suostumuksen ikärajan, huoltajayhteys päättyy ja tilistä tulee täysin lapsen oma. Yksityisyysasetukset pysyvät täsmälleen sellaisina kuin huoltaja ne jätti. Mikään ei tule julkiseksi itsestään.

Sinun on annettava todellinen syntymäaikasi. Jos saamme tietää, että tilinhaltija on digitaalisen suostumuksen ikärajaa nuorempi, otamme suojaavat asetukset heti käyttöön ja pyydämme huoltajan hyväksyntää 30 päivän kuluessa. Tämän ajan jälkeen sisäänkirjautuminen estetään, kunnes huoltaja on hyväksynyt tilin. Tili, jolla ei ole hyväksyntää 120 päivän jälkeen, siirtyy tavalliseen tilin poistoprosessiin. Olemassa olevat turnausilmoittautumiset pysyvät voimassa koko ajan.

Huoltaja voi lisätä lapsen, joka on liian nuori omaan tiliin, profiilina omalle tunnukselleen. Tällaisella profiililla ei ole sähköpostiosoitetta eikä salasanaa. Huoltaja ilmoittaa sen turnauksiin, hallinnoi sen joukkueita ja voi myöhemmin muuttaa sen lapsen omaksi tiliksi, joka pysyy sen jälkeen huoltajan yhteyden alaisena digitaalisen suostumuksen ikärajaan asti.

6. API Access, Website Widgets and Webhooks for Organizations

Organization accounts may connect their own websites and systems to the platform in three ways: read-only API keys, embeddable website widgets (tournament lists, matches, standings, results, brackets and a registration form shown inside a frame on the organization's site), and webhooks (notifications we send to a web address the organization provides when something happens in its tournaments). All three are limited to the tournaments the organization organizes, co-administers or runs through its club.

• Confidentiality. API keys are confidential credentials. You are responsible for every request made with your keys, including requests made by agencies, plugins or other services acting on your behalf. Keep keys on your server, never in public web pages, and revoke a key immediately if you believe it has been exposed.
• Permitted use. Data obtained through the API may be displayed only in connection with the tournament it belongs to and must respect the same visibility rules as the platform, including the anonymization of players who have requested it. Reselling the data, collecting it in bulk, or using it for purposes unrelated to the tournament is not permitted.
• Your responsibility as publisher. Where you display participant data on your own website, you are responsible for that display under applicable data protection law, including informing participants and honouring their requests.
• Website widgets. Widgets show the same information as the public tournament page and may only be embedded on the websites you list for them; the list of allowed websites is enforced by the visitor's browser. Where a widget lets visitors register a team, the registration is made with us, under these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and the visitor creates a PlusPetanque account in the process; you must not present the form as your own service or alter it. You are responsible for the pages that embed the widgets and for informing your visitors that content is provided by PlusPetanque.
• Webhooks. You are responsible for the endpoints you register: they must be under your control (or that of a provider acting for you), reachable over HTTPS, and must verify the signature we attach to every delivery. Webhook payloads contain tournament, team, registration and match information for your tournaments and must be handled under the same permitted-use and publisher-responsibility rules as API data. Deliveries are made on a best-effort basis with limited retries; we may disable endpoints that persistently fail and are not responsible for events not received by an unavailable endpoint.
• Limits and availability. Requests and deliveries are rate limited. We may throttle, suspend or revoke API keys, widgets and webhooks that violate these terms or endanger the platform, and we may change or discontinue these integrations with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for any content you post on our platform. You agree not to post content that is:

• • Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, or obscene
• • Infringing on intellectual property rights
• • Containing viruses or malicious code
• • Spam or unsolicited advertising
• • Discriminatory or hateful toward any individual or group

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Platform Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. We may suspend or terminate services temporarily for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
